These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of memoco (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
The following actions are prohibited:
- Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the App
- Infringing the rights of others through use of the App
- Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the App
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Your Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel through “Subscriptions” in Google Play. You retain access to features until the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play’s refund policy.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” The developer assumes no liability for any damages arising from use of the App, including data loss. If you need to preserve your work, please use the export-as-image feature.
Changes and Discontinuation
The developer may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
The code, design, and brand of the App are the intellectual property of the developer.
Changes to These Terms
If these Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date on this page will be revised. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
